The Celtic Lodge is a boutique 2 Star Fáilte Ireland graded guesthouse located in the heart of Dublin city centre. The Celt Bar

Is an old world traditional Irish pub embodying everything you would expect of an Old World Irish Pub. Come as you please, go when you feel like it, enjoy the ambience, the rustic décor from the old stone slab floor to the high arched fireplace, the amusing 'wit' from the patrons along with the spontaneous music from the many musicians that frequent The Celt. The Celt places great importance on tradition. From the tails told by the old Dublin locals, to the stories and rhymes contained in their music, myths and legends.

The Celtic Lodge Guesthouse is in the city centre - within an easy 5 minute walk from both Connolly Train Station and Bus Aras, the main bus station and only 20 minutes from Dublin Airport. with your smart phone and it will locate us on either Google or Bing maps. Dublin's main bus and coach station Busáras is located 250 metres or a three minute walk away to the south east. The LUAS Red Line runs along Abbey Street and stops there and at Busáras. Connolly Train Station is located at the east end of Talbot Street, 350 meters or a four minute walk; Heuston Train Station is located 2.9km to the west, from Heuston Station, get the LUAS Red Line to Abbey Street.

When you book a room with us all you need to do is type 'FREE AIRPORT TRANSFER' and the TIME you want to take a bus at into the "special request" box in your Reservation Form. Buses leave the airport at: 6.00, 8.00, 10.00, 12.00, 14.00, 16.00, 18.00, 20.00 and 22.00, follow the signs for the motor coach-park which is 3 minute's walk from the main arrivals building at Dublin Airport.

This service is subject to availability so make sure you book your seat. Please phone or email us if you fail to book your seat on-line or if you decide to book your seat after your room reservation is already made. The coach you will be looking for is a bright green Paddywagon bus.

To book a seat on the bus from the Celtic Lodge back to the airport you can either make a note of your departure date and chosen coach time into the "special request" box in your Reservation Form or email us directly on info@celticlodge.ie with your reservation details and the time you wish to take a coach at back to the airport. Alternatively you can book your seat at the reception on a day of arrival. Buses leave for the airport at: 5.05, 7.05, 9.05, 11.05, 13.05, 15.05, 17.05, 19.05 and 21.05 from the bus stop outside Celtic Lodge.
